Menstruation and its health are taboo topics in society, as if we should be ashamed of this fantastic and natural process that eventually preserved humankind. While we know it's a natural process needed to help cleanse the body. The second part of the menstrual process is good menstrual hygiene. Unfortunately, some young ladies barely have access to menstrual supplies, let alone the proper hygiene etiquette.
Our organization is here to help; we have DOT BAG (dream, overcome, thrive) to provide for young ladies to go to schools or other organizations upon request. The kit has a disposable waste bag, one hypoallergic sanitary napkin, and one scented napkin for unexpected times or to carry in their bookbags or pocketbooks. The dot bag kit includes one hypoallergic sanitary napkin, a scented sanitary napkin, and a disposable bag (pet waste bag).

NO SWEAT PACKS
Many families have various cultural hygiene rituals regarding proper hygiene. A daily bath and freshly combed hair are expected in one household, whereas in another, there’s a lack of. Today, our children face many social problems due to the multiple rituals that cause them to struggle with things such as being bullied. As a result, it’s essential to do our due diligence in making sure our children have the resources within our capabilities to help others keep up with daily hygiene.​​
Our organization is here to help; we are focusing providing no sweat packs to schools and/or organizations for both girls and boys. Each kit comes with dude wipes and deodorant wipes for young men. For the young ladies each kit comes with a deodorant wipe and a cleansing wipe.
